The founding of ML FITNESS

Having been passionate about my fitness for a long while, my circumstances suddenly changed and, through the support of friends and family, I turned my passion and pastime into a job.
Now that allows me to help others change their lives for the better and hopefully become as passionate as I am about their fitness.

Mark has been training me at least once a week for over 2 years now. A health scare made me want to get in better shape and I looked to PT as a bit of an experiment. I quickly realised I’d found something good and genuinely felt that Mark wanted the best for his clients’ health and fitness. The exercises were planned to suit my specific needs and after all this time he still manages to come up with new challenges for me. I was worried at one point after i picked up an (unrelated) injury that I would not be able to train but Mark tailored the exercises to keep me in shape whilst also assisting my recovery.
